1Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using the WheelHub mobile app or this website (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
To drive or ride a rented vehicle you must hold a valid driving licence for that vehicle type.
You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in your country.

3Your account

You must provide accurate information (name, phone number and email) when you register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4Renting a vehicle

WheelHub is a platform that connects vehicle owners with renters. WheelHub is not the owner of listed vehicles unless clearly stated.

Inspect the vehicle at pickup and report any existing damage to the owner.
Use the vehicle responsibly, follow all traffic laws and return it on time, in the same condition and with the agreed fuel level.
You are responsible for fines, tolls and penalties incurred during the rental period.
You may not sub-rent or lend the vehicle to anyone else.

5Listing a vehicle

If you list a vehicle, you confirm that you own it or have the legal right to rent it out.

Your vehicle must have valid registration, insurance and any permits required by law.
Listing details, photos, pricing and pickup location must be accurate and up to date.
Your vehicle must be roadworthy and safe. You are responsible for its maintenance.
WheelHub may remove any listing that is misleading, unsafe or violates these Terms.

6Payments & fees

Prices are shown per day in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. Rental amounts, deposits and any platform fees will be shown before you confirm a booking. Owners are responsible for any taxes due on their earnings.

7Cancellations

Cancellations, refunds and changes to bookings depend on the timing and the policy shown at the time of booking. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows by either party may lead to restrictions on the account.

8Prohibited use

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Using a vehicle for racing, stunts, illegal activity or carrying prohibited goods.
Posting fake listings, false information or impersonating another person.
Trying to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service.
Harassing or discriminating against other users.

9Liability & disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. WheelHub acts only as a platform and does not guarantee the condition, availability or legality of any vehicle or the conduct of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelHub is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, damage, theft or disputes arising between owners and renters. Users are responsible for arranging suitable insurance.

10Privacy

We collect only the information needed to run the Service, such as your name, phone number, email, listings, bookings and an optional pickup location link. We do not sell your personal data. We share details only where needed to complete a booking (for example, between an owner and a renter) or when required by law.

11Suspension & termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Service. You can stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
